Dropping into our bodies and attuning to the energy of the room as we play "pass the power" at Commonbound, the conference of the New Economy Coalition, in Buffalo, New York, where I facilitated a participatory workshop in 2016 called "Power to the Parents: Building Strong Caregiver Networks Through Popular Education."

More info coming about adult education including caregiver & teacher education, caring economy work, meditation circles, healing whiteness circles to call ourselves in on unconscious blocks and biases, racial healing circles with TRHT, and new projects coming up to hold these circles and 1:1 sessions to unpack our "stuff" (since, in the words of Fannie Lou Hamer, "nobody's free until everybody is free") while also redistributing funds and land to grassroots organizations led primarily by BIPOC, LGBTQIA, and/or disabled people.
